I’m Josh, founder of The Nearview Group. I started this firm with a simple belief: hiring works best when you truly understand the business behind the role.

I’ve spent my career partnering with growing companies particularly in law, construction, and professional services to help them hire critical talent when the cost of a missed hire is high. My approach is relationship driven, direct, and tailored. No two clients are the same, so the search process shouldn’t be either.

I work closely with founders and hiring leaders to clarify what success actually looks like in a role, then run a focused search that prioritizes fit, execution, and long term impact, not just resumes.
